OBJECT OF THE TREATMENT

It should be noted that, in no section of the site, nor for access to any functionality of the site, is the provision of "particular categories of personal data" and/or "personal data relating to criminal convictions and crimes", as defined from the art. 9 and 10 of EU Reg. 679/2016: if the User spontaneously sends information of the aforementioned type to the data controller, the data controller will delete it as it is not strictly necessary for the aforementioned purpose.

The processing of personal data, as well as the particular data specified above, for the purposes reported in point 2 finds its legal basis in art. 6, in parts (b), for which the provision of data is aimed at fulfilling pre-contractual and contractual obligations. The provision of data is optional, but necessary to achieve the above purposes and the unavailability of the same may make it impossible to respond to your message or request for information.
