We follow our Quality Control Action Outline closely each day. From developing written plans prior to construction, to conducting pre-construction meetings each day, we are able to execute a level of high quality work. We are qualified Safety specialists by Dlgs. 81/2008 in Italy, but willing to cooperate and consult your construction team or project around the world.

Safety

We have managed many projects both for public and private sectors. We understand the complexity of construction projects and commit all work activities to an injury free jobsite. We are aware of the hazards inherent in all projects and set forth strategies to eliminate and/or protect against these hazards. We evaluate and plan all activities prior to work commencement, to ensure the safest work environment possible. We evaluate the safety concerns as the project progresses and implement all measures necessary to support our commitment to an injury free workplace. Mikomi oversees all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired degree of excellence. We are D.Lgs. 81/2008 certified for orkplace safety.

Construction Management

Our strength is that all our board leaders are expert in construction management. We can give continuity to the design assuring quality during construction. Being construction managers of the projects internally designed gives us a high degree of consciousness of the related risks to be prevented and foreseen during construction. Also, we can have a picture of the final product to monitor during the execution phase. Our construction management services include managing the bid process and negotiating contracts; overseeing management, including field procurement, we well as receipt, inspection, and warehousing, materials, and issuing them to contractors; performing construction and field administration; commissioning and maintenance of operations.
